Did you ever see the work STJ did on SBR. They had a web site with tons of work done but it has been taken down. Bottom line in their view there is much revenue that is falling through the cracks because of lack of audit and there are amazing assets not being properly managed.
I had originally planned to go into more detail in this post on SBR including new production when planning this last month but decided against it due to the length added over the PBT lawsuit being refiled and continued issues with operator. There's a lot of quality within SBR assets and may due a more in depth summary soon just focused on it.
It is my understanding that they could default on the conveyance if payment is not made by end of month. I do know they did not send over revenue or NPI calculations for the last distribution and have put themselves in a no win situation. Dispute in calculating from the lawsuit shouldn't keep them from continuing their current methodology and submit a payment that in theory would be short anyway.
Thank you for another excellent update. Please correct me if I misunderstood your comments on natural gas prices for Waddell PBT. Waddell is now producing a lot of natural gas, but receives very low prices. Is this the same for everyone connected to the Waha hub or is Blackbeard failing to maximize or report natural gas revenue? Do you expect significant improvement when Matterhorn is completed? I believe line fill is expected to start in June.
I am hoping Matterhorn will improve San Juan prices as well. Is that realistic? I am waiting for the results of the 2 new Hillcorp Mancos shale wells before considering SJT. I am bullish on NG and wondering how to invest on that premise.

Do you know if Blackbeard was given a deadline to add the monthly payment by tonight at midnight?Saw that on a blog.

What does default on conveyance mean for this case?
